Holly Holm Steps Out in Style and Smiles After Her Big Win

It's been all about Holly Holm since she beat the undefeated bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey earlier this month. The 34-year-old, from New Mexico, knocked Rousey out cold 59 seconds into the second round in front of over 55,000 people in Melbourne, Australia.

But there's a different side to the new queen of the ring we're not used to seeing. Two weeks after winning, Holm was spotted looking less like a fighter and more like a chic celebrity as she appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Carrying her new belt as she walked on set, Holm wore a form-fitting black dress and matching black pumps.

She was also seen looking stylish in New York's East Village.

Holm shocked the world when she pulled off a win over Rousey in UFC 193. Some UFC fans claimed Rousey was perhaps receiving her karma after blasting her opponent on social media after a physical altercation between the two at a pre-fight event. She claimed she was "really going to enjoy the beating" she assumed she'd give Holm.

Holm, despite the negative drama, told Seth Meyers who would gladly "welcome" the chance to have a rematch with Rousey. "I would welcome it. I've been on the other end of losing a belt before, getting knocked out and having to come back."

Holm continued to say, "I did avenge my loss and I know she'll want to do the same, so I'll have to train twice as hard. She'll be coming back - she is a competitive person, she'll be coming back hard."

Rousey, who was confident in her win, ended up with a kick to the head that left her on the ground as Holm continued to meet her with blows that caused referee Herb Dean to put an end to it.

In an interview with Inside MMA Holm said, "I think that, as far as Ronda with the rematch, I feel like for her - do what you want to do. If you're passionate about it and want to get back and avenge that loss, then great. If you want to focus on other things, great. I'm supportive of any fighter kind of doing what they're passionate about."

Were you expecting Rousey to win? Are you happy there is a new champion to cover now?
