Home Made Ugi Ball - BodyRocker Sara
Hi guys,
So I have been working on my equipment lately. Here is my homemade Ugi ball!!!!
.
.
Considering I am not a creative or DIY person, I can say it was really easy to make.
.
Materials needed:
- 1 metre of vynil
- 1 30cm zip
- black thread
- needle
- stuffing
.
Also you should print the "ball pattern" here attached which you will use to cut 6 eye shaped pieces of vynil. Before printing it you should set the picture in "Actual size" (from the "View" drop down menu in Mac).
Once you have the 6 pieces cut you can start sewing them together from the reverse, so that the stitchings are not visible. I suggest stitching two groups of 3 "eyes" together first and then joining them on one side and sewing the zipper on the other. Reverse the ball and stuff it.
If you don't know how to stitch you can look up "back stitching" on you tube. There are some great tutorials. I went over the stitchings 3 times to make sure they are strong and the ball doesn't break.
It is not super perfect but it is a good substitute.
Next to come the sandbag...just missing the handles right now!!!!
