Scrub, Scrub, Scrub!
The scrub is one of the most crucial elements to the at-home spa.The eccumenical nature of apples has firmly established them as one of the most popular fruits, and they’re not only for eating. Among the many nutritional benefits of apples is malic acid, an exfoliating enzyme that comes in handy in removing dead skin and dirt. Utilize your apples to demolish dead skin and polish your bod! Mix 2 tablespoons of brown sugar together with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of pureed fresh apple or unsweetened apple sauce and ⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir well and then apply the mixture in the bath or shower. Scrub in a circular motion using a washcloth or loofah sponge. Really focus on rougher areas like elbows, heels and knees. If you want to use the scrub on your face, leave out the white sugar and stick with brown. Brown sugar will dissolve gently and is a better choice for your delicate facial skin.
The Eyes Have It
