Homemade Chocolate Mousse
Hi BodyRockers,
Ingredients:
Just in time for those days you need a chocolate fix.

Homemade Chocolate Mousse

For the chocolate:
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbp pure cocoa powder
- 4-5 dates
- 2 tsp of brown sugar
Mix all together in a blander till you have a smooth consistence (had water if necessary)
.
For the yogurt:
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 1 tbp of shredded coconut
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- cinnamon powdered to taste
- clove powdered to taste
Stir with a spoon until all incorporated.

Directions:
Layer all of the above as you wish.
I used strawberries and poppy seeds to garnish.
It also goes very well with banana topped with cinnamon.
