Honey Garlic Spinach and Walnut Salad

Dress up your vegetables with this simple and delicious recipe. In less than 5 minutes, you can whip together a fulfilling salad and homemade dressing.
Roasted Chicken & Steamed Mixed Vegetables (2 servings)
2 cups spinach 1⁄2 medium red onion, thinly sliced 1⁄2 cup cooked corn 1⁄2 red bell pepper 1⁄2 cucumber, chopped 2 teaspoons crushed walnuts 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoons white vinegar 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon honey
1⁄4 teaspoon salt pepper to taste
Combine spinach, onion, corn, bell pepper, cucumber and walnuts in a bowl and toss. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, honey, salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad and enjoy!
