Gisele enjoyed a family vacation in Costa Rica this weekend, and we enjoyed checking out her super fit bod in this skimpy swimwear! The always jaw-dropping 34 year old Brazilian supermodel and mama of two played in the water and soaked up with rays with her children, 5 year old Benjamin and 2 year old Vivian. After playing around, Gisele busted out some impressive yoga poses! Keeping fit is an important part of her daily routine. The former Victoria Secret Angel is dedicated to yoga, which she practiced throughout her pregnancies! 5 days a week she hits hard cardio workouts, but rests for the remaining 2 days with a peaceful yoga routine. She also swims and practices underwater running to maintain her gorgeously toned frame. Gisele loves to eat! So her diet isn't too restricted. Her daily meals consist of lots of raw foods, and she stays away from processed meals. She swears by coco juice and fresh fruits in the morning along with avocado and 7-grain bread. Then a salad and lean meats for lunch and omega-3 rich fish with quinoa for dinner. “She’s never hungry and is always energized and fueled-up for whatever she has to do, whether it’s a photo shoot, a day out with her family or a workout session. It’s when people are starving that they tend to indulge in things that aren’t the best for them.” says Nonna Gleyzer, a close friend and personal trainer of Gisele's.
