Inspirational BodyRocker: 2 Years Later!

Hi, Lisa! I just wanted to say thank you for all you do! I've been body rocking for 2 years now and I love it! Every workout always not only challenges me, but it motivates me to keep going! Plus, because we travel full time and live in our 30 ft 5th wheel camper, it's great to be able to do the workouts in a small space! This past 30 day challenge was just what I needed! After slacking a bit over the summer, I thought I was back in the groove, until I started the challenge! I then realized I hadn't been pushing myself! I'm feeling strong and motivated again. I didn't do any before pictures for the challenge, but I do have a before/after pic from when I first started my new healthy lifestyle. And I wouldn't be where I am without you guys. The before was taken January 2012 and the after was November 2012. I should probably update the photos, but I wanted to send you something to say "THANK YOU!" And this is what I had on hand I start the fry fat 5 day on Monday! Thanks again and keep on being awesome
