Inspirational BodyRocker: Sherry This is my second time trying body rock. The first was 2 years ago but as quickly as it started it ended with a knee injury. After my second child, I experienced some issues with my gallbladder and lost almost 30 lbs within weeks of having her. I stalled at 150 lbs. so, I decided to give this another go and my results surprised me! Though I didn't lose much weight I saw a big difference in my definition and the way my clothes fit me in just 30 days. The best part is that this has encouraged me to keep going. Can't wait to see the results in the future. Here is my before and after photos! You are the first to see these. I am both nervous and proud of the accomplishment in a short time frame. Group #1: The first photo is me 40 weeks pregnant. Second is 6 weeks postpartum, starting the 30 day catching fire challenge and last is today. Day 23 in to the challenge. It's been awesome 12 min workout and I am feeling great. Catching Fire Challenge Progress: My before is at 6 weeks postpartum, the halfway mark and at 29 days. Sherry you should be sending these pictures to EVERYONE because this is absolutely incredible. We are so unbelievably proud of you. Not only did you find the drive to start again, you very clearly made a plan and STUCK TO IT! Bravo Sherry!
