Hi Lisa just wanted to share my progress so far I had my daughter by Caesarian section 9 months ago And then had two very bad infections in my stomach so it felt like forever to heal but I started working out again about 5 months ago my body us getting there slowly my core is no where near as strong as it was pre baby and find myself modifying a few moves but I'm smashing through your 30 day workout and feeling amazing my aim is to have my pre baby body back by my daughters first birthday in April Miss K xx 1236216_565449046878918_44800515_n
