I struggled with this 30 day challenge but i didnt make excuses, i didnt quit, i showed up & saw it through to the end. You cant see much of a difference in my progress pics, but i did end up losing 12 lbs in total. My starting weight was 138 & after was 126. Before measurements: chest 32", waist 28", hips 36". After measurements: chest 30.5", waist 26.5", hips 34.5". Thanks Lisa for being a huge inspiration & motivator to all of us bodyrockers. I appreciate all your hard work, time & dedication to make this challenge happen.We can't stress enough that abs aren't just made in the gym - they're made in the kitchen!
