Wanted to share my results from a 12week fitness challenge that I participated in. Thanks to using the Daily Hiit & Body Rock work outs, I was 1 of 2 winners in the "Smashed goals" category. I beat my personal best dead lift of 225lbs, plus my challenge goal lift of 245lbs, with a final dead lift of 265lbs! I just wanted to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!️
