" I have been trying to lose 'weight' for years but never seem to get it right. Eat less, exercise more....nothing seemed to worked. So I listened to you before this challenge. Freaked me out to eat 1800 calories so I decided on 1650 (which is still much more than I would normally eat while dieting)
As you can see from the pictures I had nothing to be scared of. AND I have decided the scales are no longer important. I have definitely had success these last 30 days but am only 1 lb lighter. AH-mazing! So now its 'eat for fuel and exercise smarter'. Thanks you Lisa from the bottom of my heart. You have given me whole new outlook and I feel strong and accomplished."
