Hi Lisa! Before the challenge, been trying very hard to tone the mid section of my core. Even though I had lost 4 kg before the challenge, I still had the jelly tummy. As you can see, after 30 days, my abs are firmer and I lost another 1 kg. Also improved in my skipping! I'm getting ready to go round 2! Thanks for being a great motivator, Lisa, - I loved every sweaty min of it   To keep seeing those results (and more of those abs), you must keep your nutrition in check too!
