I'm a wee bit embarrassed to show my before and after photos, as I think I still look horrible. But to look at the positive I have really enjoyed this training. I can do more push ups than I have ever been able to do, and all on my feet. I looked forward to the next work out every time and never once wanted to quit. Thanks so much for all your hard work.Here are my measurements: I don't have a scale so I don't know how much I weigh but around 60kg Start Finish Bust: 33" 34.5" Chest: 33.5" 35" Waist:28" 28.5" Hips:37.5" 36" RThigh:23.5" 23.5" LThigh:23.5" 23.5" R Arm:11" 10.5" L Arm:11" 10.5"I also measured my knees and I lost 1/4 of an inch on each. I don't think I look all that different but I have gained muscle. I'm also an ex-pat living in another country. The first year is very difficult but it gets better. Hope you're not too home sick. Samantha
