Hi Lisa! I've been bodyrocking since February and added running in April. You have helped me realize my strength and demolish my weaknesses. 140lbs down with diet, HIIT and running. I rant first 10k on Thanksgiving and beat my time goal. Love you and all you do!!! Thank you!
Way to go Seanan! When you find your niche, your hard work to meet your goals turns into enjoyment and that struggle turns into passion.
