Jessica Biel to Produce a Series of S*x Education Videos to Better Educate the Youth

Remember those sex ed classes we were all too embarrassed to actually listen to as kids? Well, there's a lot of adults who've been left not totally understanding some of the things going on inside their own bodies, and actress Jessica Biel is one of them. The star recently revealed that she feels like she knows very little about how the female body works. Because of this, the 33-year-old has decided to develop a series of sex education videos to provide people with a better understanding of how contraception, menstruation and all the other bits and pieces in between actually work. The idea stemmed from the fact that, about 2 years ago, when she and Justin Timberlake decided it was time to have a baby and she went off birth control, she was unsure of exactly what the next step would be, saying in an interview with Glamour Magazine, "Now what happens? 'I've been on the Pill for so long; how hard will it be to get pregnant?" It was shocking," she admits. Biel has now teamed up with the founder of the nonprofit health care organization WomanCare Global, Saundra Pelletier, in order to produce the educational videos in hopes of providing answers to many girls' questions on subjects that seem too uncomfortable to ask in a classroom setting. "More than half of our nation's pregnancies are unplanned, and just 22 states require public schools to teach sex education,' Pelletier noted. "Jessica and I realized we can help change this."
