Jessica Simpson...Her Killer Legs and How She Got Them

Jessica Simpson has faced a great deal of scrutiny and criticism over the years. Most of this criticism has been aimed at her weight. Simpson may be in the public eye, but she's done exactly what so many of us hope to do. She's ignored the noise, built the life she wants and continued on her own fitness path. The 35 year old business woman and fashion designer showed off her sleek, toned frame in photos from her clothing line's Fall 2015 campaign. js This mother of two looks phenomenal. Check out those legs! js2 So what has Simpson done to achieve and maintain those killer gams? "I work out five days a week: three days with a trainer, doing a mix of strength training and cardio, and then I do cardio on my own the other two days," she said. The love and support of her husband, Eric Johnson, also means a lot. js3 "My husband and I were looking at old pictures recently, and I asked him, 'Babe, why didn't you tell me to put the brownie down?' He said, 'You looked great,'" she added. "He’s always loved every curve on my body. And we've always had a healthy sex life." Such love can be so helpful when self esteem seems to make a quick retreat. But remember, no one can do the work for you. Not matter how much love you have (or don't have) coming from outside sources, you need to remember that the only one who can make a difference is you. Simpson shut down the haters by loving herself and taking care. She worked hard and it shows. Kudos, Jessica!
