The Joy of Lettuce Wraps
YOU NEVER NEED TO EAT BREAD IN YOUR SANDWICH AGAIN!
Hooray for dramatic statements.
Let me start out by saying that I LOVE a good sandwich. The perfect balance between bread, condiments, veggies, and meats is why I get up in the morning, and there are few things quite as tasty as a good sammie.
Unfortunately, bread is a no-no for many people, due to:

The thick white end of the lettuce makes for a crispy treat, and, when you fill the leaf with your favorite roast beef, tuna salad, or ham and cheese filling, it makes for one TASTY wrap. You don't need to worry about empty carbs again, and you essentially cut your calories in half by replacing bread with lettuce. You can still eat all the same fillings, just replacing your bread with lettuce.

You can eat:
- Gluten sensitivity/allergy
- Empty carbs
- Too many calories


- Tuna salad
- Ham and cheese (sliced, rolled, or cubed)
- Chicken salad
- Sloppy Joes (try it, it's awesome!)
- Hamburgers (weird but tasty)
- BLT (extra L)
- Scrambled egg
