Juice Your Way Slim

Warmer weather is upon us and we can’t hide our ‘winter coat’ under a big sweater anymore. Its time to dust off the juicer and get juicing! Not only is juice wonderfully nutritious but its also very detoxifying and makes for the perfect pre-breakfast drink or snack in between meals! You can also do a juice cleanse where you drink juice, and only juice alone for 3-5 days. Drinking freshly pressed juice makes your cells very happy and encourage them to release the toxins they are holding. Try having a juice first thing in the morning before breakfast or as a snack between meals. You will never get bored of juicing because the possibilities are endless! Here are a few of my favourite combinations for detoxing the body and shedding pounds!
  • 2 carrots, half a beet, 2 stalks of celery and a small apple.
  • 3 kale leaves, 1 handful of baby spinach, half of a cucumber, half of a lemon (always peel citrus fruits)
  • 2 beets, small piece of ginger, 1 small apple
  • 1 large orange, 2 carrots, 2 stalks of celery
