While juicing is certainly a great way to reboot your system, you don’t have to be cleansing to enjoy the health benefits of juicing.
That’s why we’ve discovered this delicious recipe. It will ease you into juicing with sweet, simple and versatile ingredients.
Try it out!
2 medium apples
3 medium carrots
4 stalks of celery
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but fantastic to regulate your blood sugar!)
Toss all the ingredients into your juicer, shake, and enjoy!
