Okay, well I know that the majority of women I've worked with in the past....hmm even men have stopped me in the gym to ask me what I do for triceps or whats good triceps workouts. Women are always trying exercises to fight that little giggle wiggle under your arm when you wave lol, ladies its OK... it's not as bad as you think. BESIDES I am here to help you get to the next level tightening that up!!! Here a little fun fact many people do not know... What muscle is bigger in the arm... Triceps or Bicep? ...... TRICEPS muscle is bigger than the Bicep. Proven fact that the triceps makes up 2/3 of your arm. SO LETS TONE THIS BIG MUSCLE UP & BURN THE FAT!! :D Now remember, with good training and good "clean" eating habits this will work for you! I promise! You see, the body doesn't lie, so like 2+2=4 so does health & fitness... Eat Right + Train Right= The Right Results :) Okay, now its all about burning fat and building a little muscle mass to help show the cuts and definition. Basically what we wanna do is chisel you up where you don't lose muscle from too much cardio and don't get too bulky from too much weight ;) that's what I'm here for my fellow Body Rockers!!! So now the first exercise is what they call Skull Crushers... haha yes they call it that cause you can hit your head if you don't concentrate...I've banged my head a couple times in the past haha. Then you go into the Close Grip Chest Press, Triceps Extensions, then lastly into Triceps Kickbacks. So your going to do a warm up round to make sure you get the range of motion and place your hands like mine in the pictures. Then once you feel comfortable and confident you're going to do each exercise UNTIL FAILURE... (Yes, UNTIL FAILURE means until you can't squeeze one more rep into that particular exercise).
