Kate Upton uses social media hate as motivation

March 19, 2015 2 min read

You don't have to have a celebrity size following to experience the backlash of negativity and hate on social media. If it's not your jackass neighbour or the cousin that hasn't been around in decades but feels compelled to shoot off her mouth about family situations she knows nothing about, social media can be rife with conflict and bad vibes. We get at least 100 rude comments on our Facebook page a day, and we do our very best to ignore the 'haters' and focus instead on all of the positive comments and connections that our community share. Still, it can get to you, and on certain days the odd comment can get under your skin. Kate Upton has turned the hate into a powerful force of empowerment and motivation. She has close to two million Twitter followers. On Instagram, the same. But Kate Upton said she doesn’t care about people’s comments on social media any longer, in part because they were too hurtful. “I feel like social media at this point is kind of bullshit,” Upton said for her cover story in Edit magazine. “At the beginning it was amazing and a lot of fun.” Screen Shot 2015-03-19 at 4.33.28 PM But what was it about Twitter and Instagram that turned the famous Sports Illustrated Swim cover girl off? “The scrutiny.” “Because I actually cared what people thought. The only thing I do for other people now is cook. That’s the only place in my life where I care what they think.” However, the busty blonde said some of the judgment may be good for her after all. Because if I’m in a spot where everyone loves me, I won’t try as hard.”   Are you up for the challenge of adopting this kind of perspective on the social media trolls you encounter? Shipping & Delivery

Fast, Express Shipping.

Due to COVID-19, shipping systems the world over are experiencing abnormal delays. While health and wellness companies are essential services, there is simply an enormous demand on postal and delivery services as individuals and hospitals need more supplies than ever before. This is an unprecedented situation, and we are working around the clock to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. To be clear, we are filling orders in 4-5 days, and we are shipping immediately after that. Once shipped, our shipping partner, UPS, will get your order out to you as quickly as possible. You will receive the tools you need to stay safe and strong at home through this difficult time. Thanks for your support and understanding.

We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Once your order is received and processed, it typically takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.

We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.
