Kettlebell Exercises to Kick Butt #15: Kettlebell Power Plank with Row

Talk about a super-advanced exercise to shred those core muscles! This movement is like a Plank on steroids! Holding yourself in Plank for a minute or so is already hard enough, but adding the kettlebell row just makes it five times as hard! It's a great exercise to shred your core, arms, shoulders, back, and even your chest a bit.

Kettlebell Power Plank With Row

Assume the Plank position: hands beneath your shoulders, back and legs straight, core tight, hips tucked in. Instead of placing your hands on the floor, grasp the handles of the kettlebell. Your weight should be resting all on your hands and feet. Without changing your position, lift the kettlebell in your right hand, pulling it up towards your hip. Keep your elbow tucked in as you lift the weight and lower it back to the ground. Switch hands, doing one side each. Reps as desired   If you want to push your fitness into overdrive, this is the workout for you!
