Kettlebell Exercises to Kick Butt #4: Kettlebell Juggler

This is another excellent ballistic exercise to do to work both your core and your arms. It's a bit challenging to get it right, but once you master it, you'll love it as much as I do! Note: Start out slowly at first to get the form right, but speed up and use heavier kettlebells as you learn the proper form. Kettlebell Juggler

Adopt the same stance as you would for Russian Kettlebell Swings--feet spread slightly wider than hip-width, back straight, head up, knees bent slightly. Grasp the kettlebell in your right hand. Bend your knees into a half-squat, letting the kettlebell swing between your open legs. Thrust your hips forward as you bring the weight up to shoulder height, and toss the weight gently into the air. Catch the kettlebell with your left hand, and let it swing down between your legs--maintaining proper form. Swing the weight back up, and pass it back to your right hand. Reps as desired   This is great for building core strength, as well as hand to eye coordination!
