Kettlebell Exercises to Kick Butt #9: Kettlebell Russian Twist
Talk about making an already-challenging exercise even harder!
The Russian Twist is a great movement to focus on your abs and obliques, and it's definitely not for the faint of heart or weak of core. The angle of the exercise is very tough, and adding the kettlebell into the mix just makes it harder. Definitely a movement to add to Core Day.
