Khloe Kardashian Reveals The Secret To Her Recent Slim Down

Let's get this straight right from the start, Khloe is not on a diet. She doesn't like diets. As she says, "The word "die" is in it, I don't believe in diets. I believe in lifestyle changes." I can't say I blame her, as we've said over and over, diets don't work. It is a bigger picture than that. Kardashian says that she simply cut some things out of her diet. What were these things? Mainly, sodas.

She says:

"I made major cut-backs. I used to love soda, so I've cut out soda completely and I drink like ice tea or water. 

I made that like a lifestyle change. If you do one thing a month and you cut something off little by little and then it just becomes a part of your life."

What keeps her going at the gym? Attempting to get a Beyoncé level backside! Of her trainer she says, "If I say, 'I want Beyonce's booty', he'll say, 'OK we're going to do that.' He's not like, 'you can't because you're a foot taller than her.'  He's just very positive."

I suppose when you already have a Kardashian booty, you need to look elsewhere for your inspiration.
