Sports are a whole lot of fun, but what do you do when the summer heat is unbearable? Why, you take to the water, of course!   • Paddleboarding can burn anywhere between 750 and 1000 calories per hour
  • Water Aerobics can burn between 230 and 370 calories per hour
  • Canoeing at high speeds can burn up to 1000 calories per hour!
  • Water polo can burn 600 to 900 calories pe rhour
  • Surfing can burn up to 300 calories per hour
  • Skin diving can burn between 750 and 1500 calories, depending on speed
  • Kayaking can burn from 300 to 450 calories per hour
Definitely a great way to get away from the summer heat, but also an amazing way to fit in your daily workout. These water sports may only be available during the summer, so take advantage of them while you can!
