Killer Core Ab Challenge

One of my favorite workout days at the gym is butt and abs day!

I want to step up my game a little bit and need to challenge myself targeting my abs! A few years ago I got really into P90x. My favorite workout was the Ab Ripper X. I loved it so much, because it worked!  I lost 22lbs total from the combination of working out and eating clean, but I have to say I give a lot of credit to the AB Ripper x! This workout is loosely based on that DVD.

1) In and Outs x 25

2) Bicycles x 25

3) Reverse Bicycles x 25

4) Crunchy Frog x 25

5) Cross Leg - Wide Leg Sit ups x 25

6) Scissors x 25

7) Hip But ups x 25

8) Heels to the Heavens x 25

9) Roll - Up - V’s x 25

10) Leg climbers x 25

11) Russian Twist x 50
