Killer Core Workout

I added this on at the end of my workout yesterday as an ab bonus - it was painfully awesome and I am FEELING it today!!  This will be revisited for sure!!     killer core   **Set your timers for (30/10), 18 total rounds, repeating the list below 3x 1. Wide Leg Mountain Climbers (using Bosu flat side up) 2. V-Ab - L 3. V-Ab - R 4. Reverse Curls 5. Ski Abs (using Bosu flat side up) 6.
