Lean Muscle Boosting Tuna Salad
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in WATER (drained)
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced green apples
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced onion
- 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijion mustard
- salt/pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mash the tuna with the celery, apples, and onion.
- Stir in the parsley, yogurt, and mustard
- Salt/pepper to taste and serve on Ezekiel bread or on a bed of salad.
