Lean Muscle Boosting Tuna Salad

  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in WATER (drained)
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced green apples
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced onion
  • 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijion mustard
  • salt/pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, mash the tuna with the celery, apples, and onion.
  2. Stir in the parsley, yogurt, and mustard
  3. Salt/pepper to taste and serve on Ezekiel bread or on a bed of salad.
