Lean Muscle Fast - 300 Rep Challenge - Day 4 Week Three of The February 30 Day Challenge

Hi Bodyrockers, What choice do we have towards life, to how we see it, or how we behave? [wobreakdown] Set your interval timer and see how quickly you can do this workout!  You will perform 10 reps per exercise for a total of 300 reps. You will go through 5 rounds of these exercises.  Try and post your best time! 1) Push Ups-Using the BodyRock Equalizer 2) Side Lunge Step-Using the Pink Sandbag 3) Side Lunge Step-Using the Pink Sandbag 4) Step Over Squats-Using the BodyRock Equalizer 5) Step Up Kick Out Left Leg-Using the Pink Sandbag 6) Step Up Kick Out Right Leg-Using the Pink Sandbag This months 30 Day Challenge incorporates:
