International hair icon, former Friend and the face of Aveeno, Jennifer Aniston has long been admired for her flawless skin and toned physique.
At 46, Jen has been on screen for decades. She has been very clear that her youthful glow is in no way related to any plastic surgery or injections, and takes pride in her healthy eating and fitness lifestyle as her ultimate beauty secret.
"I like to do a good trifecta, where I do the bike for 15 minutes, elliptical for 15, and then I run for 15. On the elliptical I kind of do sprints for 90 seconds, take it back to a jog for 30 seconds, and do intervals for the last couple of minutes. Then I mix a day of yoga." Jen comments about her exercise regime.

As for her diet, she revealed on Living Proof's Instagram recently exactly what she eats for breakfast and lunch! She loves nutritious protein and luscious, fresh fruits. For breakfast, Jen keeps it simple with a poached egg atop a single slice of brown toast with tomato slices and avocado wedges. The eggs she chooses are not just any grocery store brand, they come straight from her own chickens!
For lunch, Jen likes a nice whole grain vegetarian option. A salad of bulgur, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta and mint make a nice light blend.
"I’m a good alchemist. I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself in any way." she remarks about her cooking.

Once your order is received and processed, it typically takes 2-4 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.
We ship within Canada and the United States via UPS with Standard & Expedited shipping (whichever is faster)
For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International (EUROPE and Other Nations), which is usually in transit for 7-10 business days, depending on location.
We ship all of our physical products with UPS, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Delays caused due to custom withholds are not included in these estimated delivery times.
We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
