How To Not Lift

If you're like me, you typically have a moment or five where you are working out or on a machine, and you realllllly hope you are doing it correctly. Sometimes it's good to just awkwardly hover around someone who looks like they know what they are doing, and learn from them. Or, you know, actually ask for some help. The point is, don't get hurt just because you didn't take the time to learn how to do it correctly. Look at these sorry cases. Why is nobody correcting them?! How long until someone throws out their back? Anybody new into working out, it's not worth it to be silent about not knowing how to do certain weight training exercises. Don't hurt yourself out there.
