Light & Healthy Stir Fry Recipe

Autumn is here, days are getting colder & our bodies hungrier for warm comfort foods. What better way to get a heart warming dish that is healthy and delicious like this Stir Fry Recipe. It's filled with Vitamins, Antioxidants, Minerals, Nutrients and even Protein. It's a perfect meal for anyone working out as hard as we are. It's an incredibly easy to follow recipe and seriously satisfying. Enjoy! Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry: Ingredients for 2: 2 Skinless Chicken Breasts 1/2 Broccoli Head Handful Mushrooms (your choice), Sliced 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tbsp. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce S&P to taste Instructions: Start by slicing your Chicken Breasts into thin strips & set aside. Slice the Broccoli into small florets & set aside. Mince Garlic & Ginger. Grab your Wok, place over medium heat add 2 tbsp. of E.V.O oil allow to heat and add 1/2 the Garlic & Ginger, cook until golden. Add your chicken, cook until white for about 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Place Chicken in a dish and return wok to heat. Add remaining E.V.O. oil, Garlic & Ginger once golden add Broccoli and stir continuously until incorporated thoroughly. Add Mushrooms cook for 4 minutes. Now add the cooked Chicken, season with Soy Sauce, S&P, mix well and delicately so you don't damage the veggies. Cook 3 more minutes, turn off and serve. You can either eat it alone or accompanied by a side of Quinoa or Brown Rice. You Choose. Ciao Chicken & Veggie Stirfry

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
