"I love cheese, bread, pasta, fries!" Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's Diet Revealed
Rosie Huntington Whiteley has admitted that her favourite foods are 'cheese, bread, pasta, French fries, bacon and pigs in a blanket'.
They might be her favourite foods, but they can't be foods she's eating.
During her stint as guest editor of harper, the magazine supplement in the May edition of Harper's Bazaar, she revealed that she loves 'going to restaurants for dinner and out for drinks afterward. I love savory food.'
Now living in L.A. and building a film career, the Victoria Secret angel reveals that she misses the night life of London and New York. Not enough dinner and drink opportunities in L.A., I guess.
Now, I don't want to suggest anything untoward about Rosie's character but, well, she's lying (or her statements are being misrepresented). There is no way she eats French fries and bacon and looks the way she does. In my opinion, she's not a "too thin" model, but she's definitely not got a cheese and pasta kind of body. Believe me, if science revealed it was indeed possible to eat those foods and look like her, I'd be all over it.
Rosie's advice to budding models is simple, "You’re lucky if you get an opportunity, and if you do you’ve got to make the best out of it. You’ve got to show up and work hard." I'd like to add one more thing to that solid piece of advice: Make the best of it, show up and work hard AND don't eat cheese, bread, pasta, french fries, bacon and pigs in a blanket.
A quick little Google search has shown me that although these are foods Rosie loves, these aren't staples in her diet. Many articles have already been written about what she actually eats. So, media, let's just stop. Stop creating sensational headlines that misrepresent facts. It is impossible to eat garbage and look like Rosie Huntington Whiteley. It is impossible for you, it is impossible for me. It is impossible for Rosie Huntington Whiteley. Just stop already.
