Workout Breakdown
Set your interval timer to 50 seconds work with 10 seconds rest three times through.
1. Plank Jumps, Drag Bag using the pink Sandbag
2. Monkey Press Up, Regular Push Up
3. Side Bend , Squat
4. 10 Mountain Climbers, 10Kickouts
5. Sandbag Swing - change at top using the pink Sandbag
6. Incline Push with Knee to Elbow

3. Side to side twist sit ups using the Ugi ball
