How To Make Pumpkin Pie Spice
It’s pumpkin season, which means it’s time for pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin soup, pumpkin spice muffins – basically everything that I love. This means I’ll be using a whole bunch of pumpkin pie spice this month and after someone asked me what exactly pumpkin pie spice was, I figured I should share. Ingredients:
You can always adjust the amounts to suit your taste, which is one of the benefits of making your own, for example, I use more cloves than some other recipes I’ve seen. It also costs less than the store bought stuff, and generally has more flavour (although that may just be my bias).
Recipes To Try: Pumpkin pie spiced nuts, vegan gluten-free pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin pie spiced oatmeal, crustless pumpkin pie
