Mango Coconut Blaster Smoothie Recipe

Post-workout, there's nothing like a good smoothie to help replenish glucose and just a bit of fat. Below is one of my VERY favorite recipes for an after gym smoothie:

Mango Coconut Blaster

Ingredients:
  • 2 mangoes
  • 100 ml of coconut milk
  • Organic coconut oil
  • Water
  • Ice
  • 2 strawberries
Preparation: Slice the mango from the seed and drop it in the blender. Make sure to cut all the flesh from around the seed as well. (Nothing goes to waste in my house!) Drop the strawberries into the blender with the mangoes, and pour in the coconut milk. Add half a cup of water, a LOT of ice (I love my smoothies cold after a tough workout), and a single spoonful of organic coconut oil. Hit the "Puree" button on your blender, and blend it until you have a nice, smooth drink. Enjoy!
