Mango Coconut Blaster Smoothie Recipe
Post-workout, there's nothing like a good smoothie to help replenish glucose and just a bit of fat. Below is one of my VERY favorite recipes for an after gym smoothie:

What I love about this drink is that it has a bit of fast-absorbed glucose for immediate energy, a bit of fat for slower-acting energy, and all the refreshing chill I need after sweating like a madman for an hour.

Ingredients:- 2 mangoes
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- Organic coconut oil
- Water
- Ice
- 2 strawberries
