It's fall and there are so many yummy autumn food and drinks to indulge in.
You can still enjoy fall flavors with be healthy!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup water or almond/soy milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 dates
- 1 egg
1. Soak the dates in water for 2 hours
2. Put the dates and pecans in your blender/food processor for about 5 minutes until smooth.
3. Add maple syrup, protein, and egg to the mix. Continue mixing until smooth.
I also added a little bit of cinnamon to mine!
