Master the Move #14: Skullcrushers

Welcome to Master the Move. In this new series, we will focus on one specific exercise at time to break it down for you to learn it a little better for your next HIIT workout. Skullcrushers are done using a barbell, EZ bar, or T-Grip Bar. It works the triceps like no other exercise!   1. Lie on bench with narrow overhand grip on barbell. Position barbell over shoulders with arms extended.
  2. Lower bar to forehead by bending elbows.
  3. Extend arms and repeat.
