Master the Move #5: Mountain Climbers
Welcome to Master the Move. In this new series, we will focus on one specific exercise at time to break it down for you to learn it a little better for your next HIIT workout.
Our next move to master is the Mountain Climber. This is a simple exercise in which you make the movements that a mountain climber would make. Think, you are climbing a mountain... but the moutain is your floor! They are pretty fun, but can become challenging as you increase your reps. It is a great form of cardio, as well!
How to:

- Assume a press up position so your hands are directly under your chest at shoulder width apart with straight arms
- Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles
- Lift your right foot off the floor and slowly raise your knee as close to your chest as you can
- Return to the starting position and repeat with your left leg
- Continue alternating for the desired number of reps or time
