Master the Move #7: Oblique V-Ups

Welcome to Master the Move. In this new series, we will focus on one specific exercise at time to break it down for you to learn it a little better for your next HIIT workout. Next up on the list: Oblique V-Ups. This move targets your obliques and love handles. How to: cloth_diaper  
  1. Lie on your left side, legs angled 30 degrees from your hips.
  2. Rest your left arm on the floor and put your right hand behind your head.
  3. Lift your straight legs off the floor, bringing your torso toward your legs.
  4. Slowly return to start. That's one rep.
