Mid Week Motivation...

Hello my loves.... This is my first post on thedailyhiit.com!! Just wanted to say a HUGE heya to everyone all over the world!! I am an Aussie girl born and bred. Competitive gymnast from 5 years old I am a competitive little thing!! Today I want to talk about how how exercise can enhance your mental state for the BETTER!! I want to discuss how important it is to respect your achievements and stop focussing on the negative! :) I have dealt with 100's of clients over the years and one thing I have noticed is once my clients start to really see some changes in the body/fitness the excitement wears off quickly. The amount of times I have heard "my stomach is getting flatter BUT I still don't like my legs" or "I don't feel like I'm gaining strength as fast as I should"  meanwhile just pushed through one of the toughest programs I have set yet! I want you all to stop and take a step back. Look at how amazing you are from where you started whether if be
  • a strength gain
  • fitness gain
  • you're running a bit faster
  • can push a few more burpees
  • weight/measurements dropping
I want you to take a look at ALL the factors that you have been working on and understand that you ARE making progress and it beats the hell out of doing nothing about your goals at all. Think about your goal, think about how much you want to achieve it. For me personally... when I want to achieve something in life it is the first thing I think of in the morning and the last thing before I sleep. When you want to be successful at something as much as you want to breathe then believe me you will get there. My homework for you this week is to decide what it is you want... decide how hard you are work to get it and conquer it!! Appreciate it takes time... you cannot sprint a marathon PLUS it makes the success so much sweeter! Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.

Clothing

All of the BodyRock clothing is made to order and so is final sale. If you have any questions about sizing prior to placing your order, please contact us.
