Mismatched Sex Drives Doesn't Mean it Has to Be Over!
Having mismatched sex drives doesn't mean it has to be over! There have been many things said aboutmen and women's sex drives and the difference between them. For instance, how men prefer morning sex and women, overall, enjoy sex later at night. If your partners and your own desires don't line up, does that mean the relationship doesn't have a chance?
So what happened next? Psychologists at the University of Toronto Mississauga did a study. They looked at couples where sex was an important part of the relationship. Even though these couples had opposite sex drives, their willingness to engage in sex was higher because they have a desire to please their partner. Sex is a large part of having a healthy relationship, and like many other parts, it can't be forgotten!
So in other words, even if your sex drives don't match up, if you keep an emphasis on a healthy sexual relationship, the drive times don't matter. And who knows, even if you aren't in the mood for sex at that time, you may end up being the one who enjoys it the most! It may be an issue for some couples but it doesn't have to be if you don't want it to. Think about your partner - next time they want to have some fun and you're not feeling it, give in a little and you never know what will happen!
