Morning Shake

I have this shake sometimes if I'm in a hurry and can't have my Oatmeal and Protein in the morning.

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 teaspoon shredded coconut

1/2 cup mango

1/4 Avocado

1 cup of spinach

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

Mix in a blender for 30 seconds.
