Mouth full of Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Mouth full of Peanut Butter Balls- Try saying that one real fast :0 Tongue twister

I have already expressed my full obsession with Peanut butter in my #crushyourkrptonite post but let me reiterate that I am a nut butter addict! And this recipe is my successful attempt to curb that desire. It's easy, yummy, low calorie and the perfect Pre-workout or on the go Snack! Boom-if you needed another reason to eat these, there ya go. 

These are a quick 3 ingredient recipe that is sure to please the peanut butter lover (like myself) .

I like to pack these little suckers into my sons lunch box and he finds them delightful. You can also store them in an airtight container and place them in the freezer for up to 3 months, but I highly doubt they will last the week.

The add in's for these balls are limitless, you are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.

Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup (30g) protein powder ( any vanilla flavor will work, I used a whey isolate)*
  • 2/3 cup (140g) Organic peanut butter (I used Adams Peanut Butter )**
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar/honey/freedom
Directions:
  1. Mix the protein powder, and peanut butter in a bowl before adding the sweetener e.g. agave nectar
  2. Use your hands to make into a big ball (add any additional add-ins***),then break small pieces off and roll into balls.
  3. Chill in the fridge for  30 mins before serving.. or you can freeze them!
* Any protein powder will work ** Feel free to use any other kind of nut butter as well *** Add-in ideas: Chocolate chips, nuts, dried berries, coconut, carob chips, granola    Nutrition Facts (without the add-ins): Calories: 90Kcal Carbs : 4g Protein :5g Fat :6g

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
