Multitasking Mom Does A Pole-Dancing Workout WHILE Breastfeeding! (Video)

Being a mom is perhaps the most time consuming job on the planet. Tending to the needs of your children often means you have little time for yourself. Sometimes this means your healthy habits take a hit. When you've got wee ones running around, eating right and exercising feels pretty much impossible. But feeling impossible and actually  being impossible are not the same thing. Ashley Wright, a fit mom and breastfeeding advocate, has just taken things to a whole new level. She not only brought her daughter along for her pole-dancing workout, she nursed her while she did it! Wright climbs the pole and spins, first in prayer pose and then hanging on with just one arm, while her daughter nurses away, completely indifferent to what is happening. Have a look: [bctt tweet="Multitasking Mom Does A Pole-Dancing Workout WHILE Breastfeeding! (Video)"] Wright describes herself as a  "badass, breastfeeding, baby-wearing yogi mamma" and has posted this video on Facebook. Naturally, the video has garnered lots of attention. It demonstrates something most of us couldn't do on our own let alone with a baby strapped to our chest! The post has received over 17,000 likes and 4,000 comments. Some people have expressed concern, citing the fact that even the strongest, most talented athletes in the the world fall now and then. In general, however, the comments have been positive and supportive. mswrightsway One commentor says,  “I don’t know who you are or where you are from, but HOLY MOLY, you are an icon. This is truly the coolest, most beautiful and feminine thing I’ve seen in forever.” And there really is something mesmerizing and beautiful about the video. This is not the first time Wright has included her daughter, Shannon, in her workouts. She's posted a video of herself doing a pole routine while Shannon plays on the floor and another where Shannon is strapped to her back. po1ha7qc08 Wright has pretty much upped the ante when it comes to mommy workouts. By including her daughter, Wright has removed some of the obstacles moms face when it comes to their fitness routines. One of the biggest workout obstacles is time. There never seems to be enough time. But if you can find 10 minutes, we can help. Both the BodyRock Beginner Bootcamp and the BodyRock Intermediate Bootcamp  deliver fresh, 10-12 minute, workouts to your inbox everyday for 30 days. The programs are built and designed by our trainers, Edith and Lisa, and offer you more support and encouragement than you could even imagine. Would you be able to incorporate your child into your workouts like Wright has or do you think it is a little reckless and dangerous?
