My Home Workout Journey with BodyRock

Working out at home is hard! That was my discovery 2 years ago when I quit my 9 to 5 job and started working freelance. At the end of the day, the last thing I wanted was drive for half an hour to go to the gym, but I didn't want to work out at home either. I just didn't have the drive or motivation to do those push-ups, pull-ups, or crunches you just come to hate after endless months of repetition.

Then, a friend told me about BodyRock.  He showed me a few videos on YouTube, and I was hooked! This, of course, was way back in the beginning of BodyRock when it was just Zuzana and Freddy doing the simple workouts at home. I loved the way they used simple items found around the house to work out - rather than using weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and all the other trappings found in a gym. It was just simple, practical workouts to do at home, and they were perfect for me!

One year later, I hadn't made too much progress, but I was getting in shape. I would do the latest workout, but I didn't keep up with all of the BodyRock community updates. However, at the end of last summer, I made the decision to put more emphasis on my fitness. I signed up for martial arts lessons, I took up running, and I started getting more serious with my BodyRock workouts.

Today, I'm 30 pounds lighter, a lot stronger, a green belt in 5 martial arts, a runner with two races under my belt, and in much better condition! I can say that BodyRock totally changed the way I viewed working out at home, and the DailyHIIT has just made things even better! I love writing for the site, and I love being part of the community of people dedicated to working out at home. I can't wait to see what happens over the next year as I work even harder!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
