My weightloss tips

1.  always eat on a salad plate.  still should see some of the plate for the food

2.  If you eat out, always get a to go box as the meal is brought.  Put half away 3.  eat only when you're hungry.  not necessarily every 3 hours.

4.  I eat typically the same foods half the day, everyday.  For dinner, I'll switch it up.

5.  throw your scale away

6.  measure a couple times per month...really only once 7.  incorporate resistance training at least 4 days a week.  Get cardio in too.  Stay active throughout the day.  Keep the fires burning.

Most of all.  Try really hard to be nice to yourself.  Positive self talk.  No loathing!
