You Need to Burn 7,000 Calories to Lose a Pound, Not 3,500

It has been always thought that losing a pound of fat off your body required the burning of 3,500 calories. But the equation used to calculate that number is actually flawed, and the reality is that twice the amount of calories are needed to burned in order to drop just one single pound.
